A leading environmental services company in the UK is seeking an experienced Environmental, Chemical & HSE Advisor to drive environmental compliance and improvement initiatives. This full-time role requires a minimum of the IEMA Foundation Certificate and experience in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum of IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management (or equivalent).
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental regulation.
  • Chemical expertise and COSHH management skills are highly desirable.
  • To be effective in this role you will be able to work independently and flexibly.

Candidate skills & requirements

What do I need to succeed in the role?

  • Minimum of IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental regulation.
  • Chemical expertise and COSHH management skills are highly desirable.
  • Preferred NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
  • To be effective in this role you will be able to work independently and flexibly with a high degree of confidentiality. You will also be able to communicate effectively across the organisation.
