The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in payroll management within the EMEA region, strong technical knowledge of statutory requirements, and be proficient in CloudPay and advanced Excel. This role involves end-to-end payroll management and ensuring compliance while enhancing the employee experience through process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EMEA payroll, particularly in UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland, and Romania.
• Deep understanding of European statutory requirements and labor laws.
• Experience with equity and compensation processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities for 14+ European payrolls.
• Lead the full payroll lifecycle from input preparation to final approval.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and maintain a clean audit trail.
