Base Pay Range

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within Integrated Utility Services, and we are looking for an experienced Electrical Fitter. This role can be based around the Stockton or Wakefield area.

As an Electrical Fitter, you would be primarily responsible for the installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of HV switchgear and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • HV inspections and maintenance of DNO, (i)DNO and private network switchgear sites
  • Installation of switchgear, transformers, actuators, and RTUs for DNO, (i)DNO and private network sites
  • FPI replacements
  • Substation earthing and wiring

Qualifications
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training for Electrical Fitting on HV distribution networks
  • City and Guilds in Electrical Principles or relevant electrical qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • DNO / (i)DNO Qualifications, ie;

Access and Supervision in locations with level 3 Security

HV electrical authorisations for construction, installation and/or maintenance works

  • Previous experience of HV Electrical Fitting works on DNO (i)DNO or private distribution networks, to include installation, construction, and/or maintenance works
  • Access and supervision in locations with level 3 security
  • HV electrical authorisations for construction, installation and maintenance works
  • Previous experience of EHV Electrical Fitting works on DNO (i)DNO or private distribution networks, including installation, construction and/or maintenance works.
