Accounting Coordinator

Purpose of the role:

-Supporting Senior Accounting Specialist and the Accounts Receivable Credit Controllers.

-Reporting to Senior Accounting Specialist.

Responsibilities:

-Daily Banking input.

-Customer Maintenance Processing OA’s and Credit Matching.

-Category 6 matches from Billing.

-Bank Charges processing.

-EMEA Banking input.

-Project Close Forms, check and return.

-GPSS Collector Updates as changes are required.

Requirements:

-Fresh graduated professionals (no experience is required)

-Good numeric skills.

-Attention to detail.

-High level of concentration/Focus.

-Organized.

-Work to deadline.

-Excel proficient.

-Good communication skills.
