Rotational Band 6 Physiotherapist
We have exciting opportunities for Rotational Band 6 Physiotherapists at our Wythenshawe site. We are looking for enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and dynamic physiotherapists to join our Band 6 rotations, with the ability to work flexibly and well as part of a team.
You will be able to undertake advanced physiotherapeutic assessments of patients with a diverse and often complex presentation. To have excellent clinical reasoning to develop and deliver individual treatment programs and be able to plan safe and timely discharges. You will manage your own caseload alongside supporting more junior staff, assistants, students, and team leaders.
Rotations are currently 8 monthly and provide a wide variety of clinical opportunities including Cardiothoracic Surgery, Burns and Plastics, General Surgery, Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Stroke Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, Thoracic Medicine, Cystic Fibrosis, Long Term Ventilation, Complex Health & Medicine, Complex Airways, Community Respiratory Team.
The department is committed to CPD and moving the Government’s initiatives forward. Applicants must have a broad range of postgraduate experience. They should also be enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic, and a team player.
