Your Role as a Managed Desktop Specialist:

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the way in delivering cutting-edge desktop solutions for clients across both the private and public sectors. Your creativity and expertise will help craft value-driven propositions that resonate with a diverse range of clients—from commercial to enterprise and major accounts.

You’ll focus on:

  • Providing expert guidance across our diverse portfolio, including Managed Desktop Services (DAAS) and End User Support Services.
  • Building strong relationships and supporting clients by offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Playing a key role in generating new business opportunities while building a strong pipeline for Managed Desktop Services.

  • Extensive Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in selling Managed Desktop Services and End user Support services.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven track record in engaging with clients through sales meetings and presentations.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Ability to take charge of important tasks and see them through to successful outcomes, making informed decisions and taking appropriate actions.
  • Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit, able to meet tight timelines and thrive under pressure.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Multitasking Ability: Skilled in managing multiple tasks under time constraints and shifting priorities.
  • Self-Motivation: An independent, highly self-motivated, and positive individual with excellent organisational and team skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and developing new skills.
  • Data Interpretation: Competence in interpreting data from spreadsheets and software applications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications.
