We are seeking a Quality Auditor to join our Amazon Shipping (SWA) Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily quality inspections of shipping operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon's high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance within a logistics environment and possess strong attention to detail. You will perform regular audits, document findings, track quality metrics, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. Key job responsibilities
Conduct daily Shipper volume inspections following established procedures
Identify and document safety/quality defects according to compliance standards
Complete accurate inspection reports and maintain quality metrics data
Track and report quality trends to the Compliance leadership team
Suggest potential improvements based on observed patterns
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure implementation
Support site compliance initiatives and quality programs
Maintain communication with site teams regarding quality concerns
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Quality assurance experience
Logistics experience
Basic Excel skills and experience with data entry
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous ICQA (Inventory Quality Control Assurance) experience
Experience in problem-solving roles
Familiarity with root cause analysis
Experience using quality tracking systems
Knowledge of shipping operations
Basic understanding of quality metrics
Previous experience in a similar role in logistics or warehousing
