We’re looking for a skilled and experienced senior monday.com implementation consultant to join our team as a key player in delivering client projects. You will ensure all projects stay on track, are completed on time, and meet the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Requirements Gathering
    • Lead comprehensive requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and workflows, with a specific focus on where monday.com can drive efficiencies.
    • Identify key pain points and inefficiencies, developing a deep understanding of each client's operational needs.
    • Translate business challenges into tailored technical solutions within monday.com that enhance processes, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business improvements.
    • Clearly communicate how the proposed monday.com systems will solve client challenges and support their broader objectives.
  2. Requirements Documentation
    • Document all client requirements clearly within the context of monday.com’s functionality, ensuring both functional and non-functional aspects are captured.
    • Develop detailed system plans that outline monday.com architecture, key integrations, workflows, and data points.
    • Keep documentation up-to-date as project scope evolves, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  3. monday.com Setup
    • Configure essential elements in monday.com, such as boards, data capture fields, workflow automations, and reporting functionalities.
    • Ensure setups are scalable and aligned with the client’s business structure, addressing both current and future needs.
    • Validate setups through testing and client feedback, preparing for more complex customisations as needed.
  4. Task Delegation and Complex Development
    • Delegate advanced technical tasks to the development team, ensuring priorities align with project timelines and business-critical functions.
    • Provide clear technical handovers, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for monday.com-related customisations.
    • Maintain a solid understanding of advanced technical aspects to support troubleshooting and ensure smooth communication between teams.
  5. Client Liaison and Communication
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing ongoing communication, project updates, and feedback.
    • Conduct regular meetings to provide progress updates, gather additional requirements, and manage expectations related to monday.com capabilities and setup.
    • Ensure clients fully understand system capabilities, project milestones, and timelines, fostering a transparent and collaborative environment.
  6. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning CRMCrew as a trusted partner in monday.com setup and optimisation.
    • Continuously monitor client satisfaction, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Identify opportunities for additional support or future engagements to further optimise their business processes.
  7. Project Management
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to system implementation and post-launch support within monday.com.
    • Create detailed project plans with clear deliverables, realistic timelines, and budget management.
    • Track project progress using internal tools, identifying risks or delays early and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations and CRMCrew’s quality standards through thorough reviews and feedback loops.
  8. Technical Knowledge and Adaptability
    • Have working knowledge of key platforms monday.com, Zapier, and other business process automation tools.
    • Stay updated on new technologies and tools, especially new features and updates within monday.com, that can enhance client systems and address evolving business needs.
    • Adapt quickly to new platforms and updates, ensuring proficiency in systems most relevant to client projects.
  9. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
    • Participate in a daily 9 am huddle to discuss ongoing projects, delegate tasks, address concerns, and plan the day ahead.
    • Allocate focused time to ensure all projects within monday.com are progressing smoothly and remain aligned with client expectations.
    • Conduct afternoon client meetings to provide updates, gather additional system requirements, and ensure client tasks are on track to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally with hands-on experience in monday.com.
  • 3+ years of experience managing client-facing projects.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and organisational skills.
