Ward Manager – Mental Health Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: The Hamptons, Bamber Bridge, Preston
Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £47,000 per year DOE + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

As Ward Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care while leading and inspiring a dedicated team. You will be responsible for fostering recovery-focused care, driving service improvements, and supporting individuals in their journey towards independence.

What We’re Looking For In A Ward Manager

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Strong leadership and clinical management experience
• Passion for rehabilitation and person-centred care
• Ability to manage teams, resources, and service development
• Experience in inpatient mental health settings (desirable)
