We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to drive change, improve efficiency, and lead a dedicated maintenance team in a high-performing industrial environment. This role has been created due to an upcoming retirement and comes with higher expectations and greater responsibility than the previous position.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager will oversee:

  • A team of four direct reports: Mechanical Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, and Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintenance strategy and reliability improvements, ensuring robust preventive maintenance programs.
  • Cost management and budgeting, working within approved budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Change management initiatives, driving improvements in maintenance processes and project execution.
  • Health, safety, and environmental compliance, maintaining ISO standards and site HSE systems.
  • Collaboration with production teams, balancing maintenance needs with operational goals.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Experience in change management, driving continuous improvements.
  • Budgeting and cost management experience, including maintenance-related expenditures.
  • A proactive and independent working style.
