Executive Assistant Volunteer to SkilledUp Life CEO – UK or Europe based

About the Opportunity:

SkilledUp Life is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Founder and CEO. This volunteer role offers a unique chance to work closely with top leadership, manage key tasks, and contribute directly to our organization’s success. If you’re highly organized, a strong communicator, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Activities
  • Working with our founder and CEO.
  • Follow-up with the team on the progression of delegated tasks.
  • Keep a list of tasks against the CEO and ensure their completion.
  • Assist where possible in clearing CEO tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes and follow up with the team members as required.
  • Carry out research activities and coordinate with others.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the organization.
  • Dedicate the required time and effort to meet project deadlines and objectives. Maintain open communication with project leads and team members.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., calendars, task managers, note-taking apps).
  • A proactive, resourceful attitude with keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for supporting leadership and contributing to organizational growth.
