MASSOLIT is an educational platform hosting short video lectures delivered by leading academics, aimed at GCSE and A Level students. We have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality resources to schools, with over 9,000 lectures covering the arts, humanities and sciences.

We are looking for an experienced finance person to join our growing edtech SaaS business. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will join a small and dynamic team of passionate people, dedicated to providing excellent teaching resources to schools and individuals around the world. The successful candidate can work remotely and will report to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Checking for payments and contacting customers about due and overdue invoices by phone and email.

The ideal candidate is incredibly well organised and is self-motivated. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to reduce hours or rejoin the workforce part-time with a dynamic small company.

Must haves:

1. Be a strong communicator with experience of working in a small business.
2. Possess strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite software.

Nice to haves:

1. Previous experience at a SaaS startup or SME.
2. Prior knowledge of the EdTech industry or a passion for education.
3. Knowledge of Xero.
