Occupational/Work/Organisational Psychologist (Assessments Consultant) | Fully Remote UK

The Assessments Consultant works as part of the global Science team at HireVue. Your background in occupational/work/organisational psychology will allow you to perform in this role, where you will be responsible for leading projects around assessment design, validation, and implementation. You will support our global customers to develop data-driven solutions and recommendations that highlight the value and success of our assessments, including AI Scored Interview Assessments, Game-based Assessments, Virtual Job Tryouts, and much more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead assessment projects
  2. Provide insights and visualizations that demonstrate value and success of the customer’s selection system
  3. Clearly communicate and present findings in a way that enables internal and external teams to make data-driven decisions and take action on results
  4. Interface with internal and external stakeholders to conduct and manage ongoing criterion validation studies, including adverse impact analyses
  5. Help with research, innovation and team planning activities

Qualifications

  1. 2-5 years experience with Assessments/Selection/Occupational psychology consulting
  2. Prefer Master’s degree in Work/Industrial/Organisational/Occupational Psychology
  3. Experience in the selection assessment development cycle: job analysis, content creation, validation, and scoring
  4. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, etc.), preferred
  5. Proven success in developing analysis from both quantitative and qualitative data
  6. Strong capabilities in building and explaining visual representation of data
  7. Excellent presentation and design skills, specifically written and verbal communication to an executive audience
  8. Ability to utilize data to demonstrate ROI pre and post implementation
  9. Ability to present results to technical and non-technical audiences
  10. Knowledge of compliance and regulations on selection systems

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings. Some travel may be expected to support customer meetings, attend trade shows, etc.
