Our client are a well established mortgage brokerage, who enjoy a great reputation and an ever expanding client base. They arecurrently looking for an experienced mortgage adviser to join their team, based close to the tube in their NW London office.

The company have a range of lead providers and introducers, including new build agencies and corporate relationships

The Role

• 40% on all the business completed ( after validation )
• 15% on referrals for protection business
• Added year 1 incentives to help you start
• Dedicated administrators working on your cases
• Full compliance back up
• Constant flow of affinity based warm leads
• Realistic year 1 OTE in excess of £65,000+ pa
• One day per week working from home

This role will be partly working with 'new to business' enquiries as well as dealing with incoming business from the long established client base and introducer connections.

The right candidate..

• Will have a track record in UK mortgage sales, preferably in a whole of market role
• Will have 2-3 years experience as a broker/adviser
• Will hold full CeMAP qualifications
• Is a clear and concise communicator
• Will be driven to earn well
• Will possess a strong customer centric approach
• Has great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
