We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Occupational Health team as an OH Technician (Band 3). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, enhance your skills, and advance your career.
This role offers a unique chance to embark on a fulfilling career in Occupational Health, with the potential to progress to a Senior OH Technician role (Band 4) upon completing the Senior HealthCare Worker apprenticeship and OH technician training.
We are looking for someone passionate about promoting health, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and the capability to work autonomously in a clinic environment. A commitment to personal and professional development is essential.
Main duties of the job
As an OH Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our workforce. Your responsibilities will include pre-placement assessments and screening, supporting health surveillance programs, and contributing to the delivery of an award-winning occupational health service.
