Your responsibilities:
As the Software Developer Team Leader, you will be managing a team of 6-8 Front Office developers who are engaged in cutting-edge sales and trading projects with a specific focus on derivatives. You will work directly with the front office desks to ensure successful project delivery. This role allows you to make a real impact and have a voice in shaping strategies, projects, and systems while building a strong team around you. You will also have full ownership of the successful software delivery from inception to deployment for the complete Front Office Derivatives Technology Stack.
