Income protection: Full pay for the first 6 months of incapacity followed by 75% of salary plus pension contribution.

We are seeking an experienced engineer who has a strong foundation in cloud-native solutions, automation, and infrastructure management. This role focuses on optimizing and scaling infrastructure while collaborating with engineering teams to automate and improve systems.

Essential skills

Technical skills: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK or equivalent). Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable, reliable systems. Capable of managing large-scale systems efficiently with a focus on reducing manual intervention.

Problem-solving: Ability to develop scalable, efficient solutions to complex problems. Eager to continuously learn and implement new technologies that drive improvement.

Collaboration and communication: A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is open to feedback. Strong communication skills to work effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Desired experience

5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps, or similar role (flexible for candidates with relevant skills and proven impact).

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and automation across distributed systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
