As a part-time member of our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, developing key financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management: Handle the accounts, processing payments, and managing cash flow to align with BPUR’s policies and ethical principles.
  2. Financial Reporting: Bookkeeping, transparent audited accounts in full compliance with the Companies' House and HMRC regulations.
  3. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions, budget planning, and cooperate with our fundraising team and donors.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with regulatory standards and non-profit financial guidelines, maintaining BPUR’s commitment to accountability and integrity.

Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably within an NGO or non-profit organisation.
