InRange is a growing, UK-based venture-backed startup with a mission to reshape the future of renewable energy procurement.
Energy procurement is undergoing a profound transformation. To meet the growing demand for enterprise energy solutions and drive decarbonization, new sources of energy generation must be deployed, and innovative software must accelerate that deployment.
At InRange, we're building the infrastructure that will power decarbonized energy procurement for enterprise customers. Our software platform accelerates the deployment and distribution of solar and battery systems on Commercial and Industrial buildings like warehouses. By leveraging machine learning, we predict energy needs and timing, ensuring energy is delivered exactly when and where it’s needed, and driving financial results for our customers.
Our mission is ambitious, and we're building a team capable of meeting the scale of this challenge. Demand for energy procurement solutions from world-leading organizations is enormous (as featured in the Wall Street Journal), and we’re growing rapidly in response.
We move fast, ship quickly, and are experts in energy systems. Backed by some of the world’s best investors, we’re expanding our team to meet the surging demand.
At InRange, we embrace a flexible working environment. While we operate primarily remotely, we come together in the office when necessary to meet clients, partners, and collaborate as a team. We believe that building a strong, tight-knit team requires a balance of in-person and remote interaction.
While there is no strict requirement, on average, we spend around 7-10 days per month in our London office, fostering both efficiency and connection.
We’re offering a salary range of £50k-£80k, and we're open to talented candidates with varying levels of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a meaningful equity stake in the company.
At InRange, we are deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We actively encourage applications from individuals who may not fit the traditional role stereotypes.
