Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours
Work-life: Remote first, with monthly in person People & Talent team meet ups in London

Overview
We are looking for a HR generalist, with a specialism in L&D or benefits, to join our growing team as an HR Lead. Reporting directly to the People Director, this role will provide critical support in managing operational HR tasks, developing strategic initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement. With our organisation experiencing growth, this position is vital to building a robust People/HR infrastructure that supports our evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

Generalist HR Support

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Oversee the completion and maintenance of the HRIS as the Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the employee handbook and key policies.

Learning & Development (L&D) and Benefits

  • Design and implement tailored L&D programs for line managers and teams to foster growth and leadership skills.
  • Run line manager training sessions to compliment other manager training programs
  • Review, enhance, and manage employee benefits to align with organisational goals and employee expectations.

Team Engagement & Events

  • Plan and execute team-building events, socials, and initiatives to promote cohesion.
  • Ownership of complete management of the Company updates bi-annually
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with line managers to provide guidance and support.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Expertise in L&D program development and/or benefits management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Generalist HR experience in SMEs
