The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team develops and shapes the HEINEKEN commercial strategy across all our categories and sales channels, transforming our long-term On-Trade strategies into practical high-impact commercial plans.
Reporting to the On Trade Head of Category & Revenue Management, the Head of Revenue Growth Management will define and drive our holistic net revenue strategy using insight, data and technology tools to identify successful approaches to maximise overall revenue and profit.
You will take ownership of our pricing and mix approach across all channels, analysing key value drivers, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong governance, disciplined pricing strategies, and capability building will be at the heart of your leadership, ensuring a long-term impact on the business.
The role is all about influence; you’ll work cross-functionally with Off Trade, Marketing, and senior stakeholders, aligning commercial activity with brand and category objectives to unlock incremental growth. You’ll also lead the On Trade Revenue Council, deliver the Annual RGM Plan, and collaborate through the Cross-Channel Forum to maintain pricing discipline.
Beyond HEINEKEN UK, you’ll connect with our wider Revenue Management Group (RMG) across the region, embedding best practices from our Global RMG playbooks and reporting directly into the UK Revenue Council.
We're looking for an effective senior leader and storyteller with the technical skills to match. You’ll bring your knowledge of strategy development into execution in the Revenue Growth field, as well as confidence and experience in change and transformation management, organisational capability and execution programs.
