  • Adaptive Planning Administration: Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the Adaptive Planning platform, including user management, security, and system configuration, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

  • Issue Resolution & Technical Collaboration: Troubleshoot reporting issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate closely with IT and other relevant teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless operation of the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.

  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Continuous Learning & Development: Stay abreast of the latest Workday Adaptive Planning features, releases, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our reporting capabilities and leverage new functionalities.

  • Planning Model Development: Collaborate with Finance and other departments to gather requirements for new planning models, reports, and dashboards. Design, develop, and implement Adaptive Planning solutions to meet evolving business needs, including building complex models, hierarchies, and workflows.
