What You'll Do

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, becoming a true partner to both schools and education professionals. This includes:

  • Candidate Acquisition: Building a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, online advertising, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Business Development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our reach in the Bristol education market.
  • Candidate Management: Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and beyond. This is a predominantly temporary recruitment environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Working Hours

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with reduced hours during school holidays.
