About Coach Tribe
Coach Tribe is an innovative platform for online coaching. We are currently seeking passionate Web Developer volunteers (2 back end developers and 3 front end developers) to contribute to building and optimizing our website. This role is ideal for individuals looking to sharpen their web development skills while making a tangible impact on an exciting platform.

About the Opportunity
As a Web Developer volunteer, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and building new features on the Coach Tribe website. You will collaborate with our UI/UX, Back & front end teams to ensure a smooth user experience, visually appealing layouts, and high-performing web functionality. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your web development skills and work on meaningful projects in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for 2 back end developers and 3 front end developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance the Coach Tribe website using modern web technologies.
2. Deploy our existing MVP to a robust, scalable web platform.
3. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate design mockups into functional web pages.
4. Optimize web performance for speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues as they arise to ensure a high-quality website.
6. Implement new features that improve the user experience, based on feedback and growth strategies.
7. Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to integrate innovative solutions.
8. Ensure website security and data protection by implementing best practices.

Duration:
– Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day.
– 3 months (60 working days).
– Remote.
