Overview of the Position:
The International Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships in the US IT market. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in software international business development/sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation of potential clients from USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia Market.
  • Market research on the territories assigned.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for international sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospective clients within our specialty services in the international market.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and engage potential international clients through online research, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to its fullest potential, creating a strong professional presence, cultivating connections, and strategically positioning the company for business opportunities.
  • Responsible for implementing effective strategies for employer branding on various professional websites and creating required material for the same.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Plan and execute strategies for client acquisition based on targets set to meet organizational requirements.
  • Build and manage a strong sales funnel to meet set goals.
  • Effectively communicate services to potential customers through tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Manage the entire sales life cycle.
  • Achieve sales/revenue targets.

Skill Set:

  • Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing or Bachelor's in Technology.
  • Must have experience working with bidding portals like Upwork, PPH.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar individual contributor role.
  • Strong track record of success within International Business Development in the IT industry.
  • Aptitude for IT Consulting.
  • Development experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Comfortable with the mentioned shift timings.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Enthusiastic about building good relationships with people and working well in a team environment.
