Your Impact as a Speech and Language Therapist

In this role, you won’t just be delivering one-size-fits-all interventions—you’ll be working closely with students, staff, and families to create tailored communication strategies that fit each child’s unique needs.

• Helping a non-verbal student find confidence with AAC or Makaton
• Advising teachers on strategies to create a communication-friendly classroom
• Encouraging self-expression through storytelling, role play, or creative activities
