This is a very interesting role where you’ll be assisting the Delegated Claims Specialist to monitor the activity of partner insurance brokers and clients who have delegated authority to settle claims on behalf of the company. Duties will include assisting in the onboarding and offboarding of delegated claims authority agreements, assisting in the renewal process of delegated claims authority agreements, reviewing MI from clients, and liaising with the wider claims team and stakeholders as necessary to offer good customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with some really interesting and varied projects spanning areas such as Customer Journey, Auditing, and more.
It is not essential that you have previous insurance experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, it is essential that you are a self-motivated learner and a proactive thinker with high attention to detail and an analytical mindset. You’ll demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills, and you’ll be comfortable negotiating and extracting data from systems. You must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and have strong numeracy skills. Just as importantly, you’ll be a team player who is confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
