What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcome clients and guests with energy and professionalism
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and catering
  • Manage reception calls and emails
  • Handle building access, deliveries, and contractor protocols
  • Support on-site operations and assist with IT, office supplies, and general admin
  • Contribute to tours for prospective clients (yes, you're part of the sales charm too!)
  • A friendly, positive and polished communicator

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and picking up systems quickly
