A leading law firm in the Midlands is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join their Affordable Housing Sales team. The successful candidate will manage a variety of sale transactions and ensure smooth completions while liaising with clients and legal entities. A minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing and a qualification as a Solicitor or via CILEX is preferred. This role offers flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join our vibrant Affordable Housing Sales team.
You will work closely with senior fee earners helping with Affordable housing sales in a busy and fast moving environment to support our Housing Association clients.
Our Affordable Housing Sales team is one of the largest in the Midlands specialising in all aspects of property acquisition and disposal for more than 60 Registered Providers across the country. We lead our competitors in the delivery of extra care housing for people over the age of 55. In the last 12 months we have disposed of more than 250 void residential dwellings, 450 extra care properties and 300 shared ownership units.
