Commercial Recruitment Consultant (Manager)

Lloyd Barnes Commercial Recruitment Ltd – Exeter, Devon

OTE: £60,000 - £100,000+ (DOP)

Location: Devon Based with flexible working

Salary: Excellent Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000 Basic (DOE) Excellent Commission Structure

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced commercial recruiter to head up a Commercial Division, with a view to a Directorship opportunity. We are seeking to appoint a Commercial Recruitment Consultant/Manager within: Executive, Commercial, HR, C Suite, IT, Technical & Legal recruitment Sectors. You must have a proven ability to generate & retain revenue and be prepared to commit to growing your specialist division including the necessary hours required to establish and grow your Team.

You will ideally have several years’ specialist recruitment experience, with established business contacts either locally and or nationally. You must be a confident self-starter with strong ethics and customer service values.
