We're recruiting for 2 Clinical Services Administrators!

Commissioned by the NHS, we provide services for patients referred for Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Spine and Gynaecology and with clinics located in over 35 locations across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, we bring healthcare closer to where people live. We are committed to clinical excellence and our mission is to provide innovative, high quality medical and clinical services for our patients, optimising outcomes so they can quickly continue healthy lives.

We are currently recruiting a Clinical Services Administrator to provide administrative support to a group of Orthopaedic, Spinal, General Surgery, and Gynaecological Consultants.

The role involves:

Planning, managing and co-ordinating multiple Consultants' diaries, making patient appointments, booking clinics and theatres, taking inbound and making outbound calls, and other administrative duties. Working as part of a team you will ensure every patient receives continuity, with the highest level of service and support throughout their care.

The successful candidate:

You will be an excellent communicator, thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to work using your own initiative whilst maintaining regular updates with Consultants and your team. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and have strong problem solving abilities. You should have a professional outlook, empathetic telephone manner and understand the importance of patient confidentiality.

Knowledge and skills:

To apply for this position candidates must have a background within office administration and ideally experience within a medical environment, however commitment to providing excellence in patient service is what matters to us the most and in-house training will be given. Experience using Microsoft office packages, Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
