Reporting to: Deputy Medical Director
Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 FTE- plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent / Full time - 40hours per week
Location:Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

The Clinical Delivery Manager plays an important role in making sure Psychiatry UK’s clinical services run safely, smoothly, and effectively. Working closely with Clinical Leads, Pathway Delivery Leads, and wider operational teams, you’ll help keep services performing well, plan and manage clinical capacity, support governance processes, and drive ongoing improvements across the patient journey.
This role is all about helping teams deliver high‑quality care that meets service standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll use your analytical skills to understand what’s working (and what’s not), communicate clearly with a wide range of clinical colleagues, and bring people together to solve problems and improve how services are delivered—while always working within appropriate professional boundaries.
This is a home‑based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face‑to‑face meetings at various locations within the UK.
To succeed as our Clinical Delivery Manager,you will be:
A confident, organised team player who’s comfortable working with a wide range of people, including clinicians, operational colleagues, and governance teams. You’re able to communicate clearly and calmly, juggle competing priorities, and spot potential issues before they become problems. You can influence and build strong working relationships without formal authority, work independently in a remote setting, and bring a thoughtful, solutions‑focused approach to improving how services are delivered.
