Qualifications

• Good understanding of operations and systems required.
• Knowledge of Project Management or Delivery is essential.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Readiness subject matter expert.
• Liaise with Operations to ensure project alignment.
• Design communications for stakeholder change management.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop material for Agents.
• Manage delivery documentation such as Logs and Risk Management.
• Ensure delivery changes create good customer outcomes.
