- Support pitch qualification using data analysis and market research.
- Assist in preparing high-quality research for pitch responses and presentation materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements, integrating AI tools where beneficial.
- Collaborate with technology and design teams for effective pitch execution.
- Maintain and secure Business Development data, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
- Gather learnings from pitches to support continuous improvement and team development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Experience in the advertising industry or a similar industry in an operational role.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on timely, high-standard delivery.
