A family-owned vehicle manufacturing company in Hempstalls is seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. The successful candidate will assist customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey and proactively source new business opportunities. A solid background in sales and customer relationship management is essential for this role, along with a passion for delivering exceptional service. The position offers a competitive salary and the possibility for rewarding work-life balance through a unique 9-day fortnight model.
Full-Time - (36.5 hours per week), Monday – Friday (Monday – Thursday 9.00 – 5.00 pm and Friday 9.00 -4.00)
Salary - £27k basic (£42 OTE)

As a Business Development Executive, you will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from handling incoming enquiries to making prospective calls. You’ll be responsible for the customers journey up to vehicle handover and re‑engage with them to ensure retention when the time comes. You will be advising the customers on vehicle choices, accessory products and will naturally build a rapport with them to help identify their needs. You will be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience using our company’s established voice.

Holding a full UK Driving Licence with D1 Class would be advantageous but not essential.
