Job summary

A regenerative footwear company in the United Kingdom is seeking a B2B Client Operations Manager to optimize the experience for wholesale partners.   • Oversee the full order lifecycle from entry to shipping, returns, and invoicing.
  • Drive process improvements and develop SOPs for scaling operations.
  • Track performance metrics and present data-driven insights.
