Framework is a registered charity delivering housing support, health, and employment services to people with a diverse range of needs. We assist rough sleepers and those who need help to keep their home. We support excluded youngsters as they make their way into adulthood and those starting or returning to work. We provide access to treatment for people with mental health issues and those using alcohol or substances, and we join up services for homeless people with multiple and complex needs. Through 70 services across East Midlands, Framework is both a safety net and a platform for change. Each year, more than eighteen thousand people approach us for help. Responding to their needs, respecting their choices and empowering them to achieve, we aim to make life better for our service users and those around them.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative Head of Human Resources to join our organisational leadership group and lead us on our journey of transformation for the workforce. Steering the HR function and reporting directly to the Director of Finance, Governance and Risk, this influential role will form strong, professional and credible working relationships with other leaders and skilled HR professionals to engender a culture of high performance, engagement, wellbeing and inclusivity.
CIPD qualified, you will have sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, as well as being flexible and innovative in finding solutions to organisational challenges. Strategic yet pragmatic, you will lead and be supported by a team that ensures legal and ethical compliance for a broad suite of HR services including payroll employee relations, recruitment, learning and developmental and organisational development.
