Job summary
A leading road maintenance provider in Scotland is seeking a full-time Approved Electrician to oversee and maintain electrical assets along the North West Trunk Road. The role requires at least 4 years of experience, an SJIB ECS Card, and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications
Approved electrician with current & valid SJIB ECS Card.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work in diverse environments, including at height.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and electrical maintenance on assets.
Conduct night time safety patrols as scheduled.
Participate in on-call standby rota every 5 weeks.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
Collaborate with a team to ensure safe operation.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations.
