Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Apprentice Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, temporary position located in Leeds. This is not just an apprenticeship it's the start of a career in estate agency!You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9:30am to 1:00pm. The salary ranges between£14,000 - £24,000 per annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves

1. You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
2. Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
3. Full training will be given to ensure you understand and is fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
