Medivet Quarrington located in Sleaford, Lincolnshire are now recruiting a confident Veterinary Surgeon who holds or is working towards a CertAVP in Small Animal Surgery. The ideal candidate is keen to develop advanced surgical techniques, lead in case planning and peri-operative care.is a beautiful, well-established practice with an excellent client base and experienced team. Purpose-built, with five consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards and lovely operating theatres equipped with the latest technology (including ECG, orthopaedic equipment, digital/dental x-ray, ultrasound etc). **Key Benefits:** **Role Accountabilities:** In this role you will:Ability to perform TPLO/TTAs or equivalent, spinals, fracture repair and complex soft tissue (eg. perineal urethrostomy, TECA, BOAS, thoracotomy)Engage, mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilising these in the most effective way.**Your Skills and Experience:** Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.Experience of implementing a progressive clinical culture.
