Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
  • Deal with general enquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support including filing and data entry.
  • Ensure stationery supplies are stocked and kitchen consumables are topped up.
  • Contribute to team activities and promote events.
