We are looking for a versatile UX/UI Designer to drive the creation of exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• User Research
  • Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Translate insights into actionable design solutions that improve engagement and usability.
• UX/UI Design
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns.
  • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Prototyping
  • Use Figma to design interactive prototypes that communicate the flow and functionality of new features.
• Collaboration
  • Work with the lead designer, art director, product managers, engineers, and marketing team to align designs with business objectives.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and support development for seamless implementation.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Test and iterate on designs using user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovation.

Requirements

• Trading UX/UI Experience: We are looking for candidates who have previously built out UX/UI components for a web-based trading platform.
• Technical Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficient in Figma with experience in prototyping and creating design systems.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Strategic Insight:
  • Proven ability to translate complex user and business requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data to refine and improve designs.
• Industry Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of crypto trading, Telegram bots, or blockchain ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and DeFi trends is a strong plus.
  • Passion for meme coin trading and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced crypto environment.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects with minimal guidance.

Compensation/Culture

The overall market range for roles at Trojan Trading is typically $100k - $350k annually. This market range is based on total compensation. Trojan Trading has a culture that is built upon meritocracy, high-intensity output, and personal growth.
