Sales Manager Nokian Tyres PCT for Rhône’s Alpes area

We are currently looking for Sales Representative for Rhône’s Alpes area - Automotive.

What would be your role?

Your main responsibility would be to promote passenger car tires Nokian Tyres on Rhône’s Alpes territory in accordance with Group and management policy and to manage the portfolio of existing customers and develop the business according to Nokian Tyres policy.

Your further responsibilities will be to:

  1. Develop and implement the agreed country/area sales plans
  2. Analyze and understand customers' needs to identify solutions
  3. Collect and analyze field information (commercial, technical, competitive, …) and specificities of each area
  4. Be proactive in the development and deployment of commercial actions in accordance with Group guidelines
  5. Be proactive for new products development
  6. Report on commercial activity according to Group and management request
  7. Be present at the main fairs, company or customers events related to area of activities

To be successful in this position, you need to have Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  1. Knowledge of the automobile industry is a plus
  2. Ability to prospect and create partnership agreements
  3. Mastery of distribution, sales and promotion techniques related to the passenger car tires market
  4. Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, cultures and market approaches
  5. Knowledge in key account management
  6. Willingness to travel
