Air Liquide recherchait un Responsable Applicatif HR Access à Bagneux. Vous serez responsable de la durabilité des opérations de paie numériques et de la collaboration sur des projets de systèmes d'information. Ce rôle exige un diplôme en HRIS et un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience, y compris une maîtrise de SQL et une expertise en technologie HR Access.

Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the Air Liquide Group's 4 main Business Service Centers (BSCs).

Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has been dedicated to providing efficient accounting, HR administration, and payroll services to the Group's French subsidiaries. Our organization focuses on internal customers (CFO, management control, Head of HR & HRBP), offering a dedicated point of contact. Our goal: to deliver efficient, high-quality services to our customers!

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

ALSP is recruiting its Responsable Applicatif HR Access.

Within a team of 5, you will ensure the sustainability and daily operations of digital payroll activities. You will collaborate on the payroll information system in a multi-company, multi-establishment, and multi-conventional environment (about 8,000 employees) with various stakeholders (payroll managers, HR Directors, HRBPs, TMA).

As Responsable Applicatif HR Access, you will support both the development projects of our payroll tool and the daily activities managed by the Shared Services Center.

Specifically, you will need to:

  • Understand the needs for evolution and corrections related to the HRIS, and write specifications
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and DSN
  • Propose process and/or functionality optimizations based on continuous improvement principles (lean management)
  • Write test cases, perform tests, and validate developments
  • Assist users on various HRIS applications
  • Drive change management: write operating procedures, conduct training, and implement communication actions for users
  • Maintain good reporting standards and alert in case of incidents

Cross-functional missions include:

  • Participating in HRIS projects
  • Attending meetings related to projects and operational maintenance
  • Reporting on your domain of intervention

In 2025, you will also be involved in the HR4YOU migration project.

Are you a MATCH?

You have a higher education degree specialized in HRIS and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

You possess recognized expertise in HR Access technology and have at least 5 years of experience in HR Access development, including Design Center and payroll & DSN developments.

You are familiar with payroll rules and DSN fundamentals.

You master SQL.

You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, along with strong interpersonal and writing abilities. Your listening skills, proactive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work on cross-functional projects will help you succeed.

You are autonomous, proactive, organized, and can anticipate project steps.
