Job Title

CIAM and SSO Implementation Specialist

Purpose 

Amadeus Hospitality offers multiple products that are SSO capable thanks to our in-house security solution (Logon and Security Server - LSS).

Your role as CIAM and SSO implementation specialist will be to configure SSO and guide our customers as they configure their IDentityProvider as part of Amadeus Hospitality product onboarding  

Our products include Amadeus Central Reservation System, iHotelier , HotSOS , Delphi, D360, and more.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyze customer systems and requirements.
  • Identify specific actions necessary to configure Amadeus product so that customer can use SAML 2.0, OIDC and SCIM
  • Establish and manage the implementation roadmap schedule by following the program dictated milestones
  • Autonomously coordinate the implementation activities till GO Live, provides regular updates and escalate risk/issuesas needed
  • Document implementation process and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Guarantee that customized setup meet customer requirements.
  • Provides customer support on SSO related queries
  • Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.
  • Provide functional support and problem resolution to peers and/or customer functional staff.
  • Relay customer requirements with Product Manager regarding SSO in case of need for evolution
  • Support Amadeus R&D teams as developing SSO enabled applications for the first time
  • Manages Certificates renewal and cleanup of existing configurations as needed
  • Troubleshooting of pre-production issues and handover to maintenance teams
  • Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience andsupports junior team members. 
  • Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributesto transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments. 
  • Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.

About our ideal candidate

  • 4-5 years of Implementation Management experience, preferably including SSO implementation (IDP or application side) and /or implementation and on IDentity Provider (IDP) administration.
  • Previous experience in an Implementation, Functional Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Definition.
  • Scripting experience

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • Ability to work in a CI/CD environment

  • Functional experience on large or complex projects, preferably in the hotels domain

  • Good understanding of large system integration projects and challenges
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes, functional/system problems and propose solutions or workarounds
