Your role and responsibilities
The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong educational background and a genuine passion for maintenance to join our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team in Vaasa, Finland. In this role, you will focus on coordinating maintenance schedules and managing spare parts inventory to ensure smooth operations across our manufacturing processes, including punching, aluminum casting, machining, assembly, and robotic operations. As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to drive optimal equipment performance and reliability. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance, a strategic mindset, and dedication to reducing downtime while enhancing production efficiency through effective maintenance planning and inventory management.
