We have openings for mid-level and senior technical cyber security consultants in Finland. Your role will include penetration testing and security assessments. Assessment types are guided by your interests. Depending on your skill, aptitude and career goals, your role can include, but won’t be limited to:

1. Application Security
2. Cloud Security Assessments
3. Mainframe Security Assessments
4. Purple Teaming
5. Red Team & Targeted Attack Simulations

The ideal candidate will be keen to produce security research that pushes the industry forward and contribute to WithSecure Labs (https://labs.withsecure.com/). Each consultant is expected to continue their education. In particular, CREST CCT (App/Inf) and Offensive Security certifications are valued. WithSecure will invest in your education and provide maximum support to ensure that your skills remain relevant throughout your career here.

What we need

An ideal candidate will have 3+ years' worth of experience in security consulting, as well as:

1. Relevant industry certifications OSCP/OSEP/OSCE or working towards CCT or relevant certifications
2. A relevant degree (e.g. Computer Science)

We solve complex cyber-security problems daily and to do so requires an interesting and comprehensive set of skills. To be successful at WithSecure and help our clients with their challenges you’ll need the following:

They are there to support you, provided that you demonstrate that you are doing your best.
3. Communication skills - Communication skills are as important as your technical abilities. The ability to write excellent reports will already be measured during your first 12 weeks at WithSecure. In addition to written communication skills, you are expected to have good verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to explain complex technical issues to a wide range of audiences which often include senior business stakeholders.
4. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments - Consulting is hard work, and pressure is high. WithSecure has high standards and high expectations of consultants.
