Staff Engineer, Platform Reliability

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer with a focus on platform reliability to join our dynamic Core engineering team.

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable platform solutions that drive our e-commerce business forward.

As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for setting technical direction, mentoring other engineers, and ensuring our platform architecture supports rapid growth and reliability.

This open role can be based in all of our tech hubs in Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallinn or Berlin. You can choose whether you want to work from home, from the office or hybrid.
