● Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing software processes, identifying areas for improvement.
● Collaborate with developers, architects, and top management to ensure that software processes support technical and business objectives.
● Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of software processes and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements.
● Provide training and support to the development team on best practices and process improvements.
● Conceptualize and design the full software lifecycle, from ideas to production and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software process management, with a proven track record of implementing and improving development processes.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.
