Are you passionate about creating impactful software solutions? Solteq’s Loyalty team is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Software Developer to join our Data Solutions community. At Solteq Loyalty, we have decades of experience delivering tailored loyalty and gift card solutions that empower our clients to thrive. We develop and implement digital products and services that consolidate customer data, enabling seamless loyalty programs. Alongside our own custom solutions, we integrate cutting-edge SaaS-based loyalty and marketing automation tools to elevate customer experiences even further.

Our goal? To build digital solutions that unlock the power of data, providing actionable insights so our clients can drive growth and optimize performance across digital and physical channels. We’re big on modern technologies, often leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem, native tools, and cloud services in our projects.

We’re on the lookout for a solution-driven developer to join us as a technical solution developer. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for?

• Experience: 1–5 years in software development (back-end or front-end roles), or a solid foundation in relevant skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, PHP, Java (JSF). Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Bonus: familiarity with Python, JavaScript (jQuery, React, Node.js), or public cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Mindset: A problem-solver with a developer’s mindset, who can document and communicate effectively.

Nice to have skills:

• Interest or experience with AI technologies (generative AI, advanced analytics).
• Any additional relevant competencies—let us know what you bring to the table!
